Cameras on M6 around Knutsford services.

Hi guys, apologies if this has been covered already, but I've seen these new little cameras and assumed they were the new tax disc checkers. Anyone care to help? For those of you who haven't seen them, they are yellow on a blue pole about the size of a cctv camera, there are three of them about 500 yards apart.
Thing is there are roadworks there and a 50 limit through them, so thought it would pay to be sure.

They are SPECS cameras - beware - there's FOUR (two pairs) on each side of the M-way...! Cheshire CC will be raking it in off them bu99erz.
