Hey that reminds me of something. When I was in cardiff a few years ago - first and so far only visit to Wales - I saw what looked like policemen with a white version of the funny hat the English polis wear.

Were these policemen, and if so do they all wear white funny hats, and if not what were they?

trust me the royals give the old bill just as mush a headahce as they do the rest of us.

doing a walkabout now and then. before the areas safe or been checked or had a chance to weld down the manhole covers.

I remember them doing a walk about without letting any one know a few times
