Speed Camera inaccuracy

Just saw this posted on the ABD chat group forum, regarding the accuracy of speed cameras. It seems they are susceptible to vibrations with one guy getting flashed whilst only doing 2mph and another test showing how you can get 100mph indicated on the film whilst only doing 30.
