may be fairly amusing but on a serious side my experience of using the M25 has shown that since variable limits have been introduced, the road seems to suffer from less complete stoppages than it did previously. I may be wrong but 2 yrs working on my days off full time work as a motorcycle courior has given me a fair amount of experience on this road.
