I'm like you tbh. I'd be pursuing this on principle, and I could care less it cost me way more in my time than the refund.
- couldn’t.

I guess you've gotten me there.
Yep, it’s my sole aim and driving force in life to win an argument on the internet. I will now die a happy man. I’ll ignore the use of ‘gotten’ as I don’t want to kick a man when he’s down. That just wouldn’t do.

Can barely understand her. State f--- all they can do.
... the seller knows this and that's why they urged you to cancel the return.![hehe](/inc/images/hehe.gif)
- If you have the time, keep at them until they refund you the other £5, as agreed! You now have a new hobby
For a day or so anyway.**
Please update when you get your £5 refunded!

Brought kicking and screaming into the 21st Century by people who say, ‘Like, can I get a grande latte please’.
No, you may not ‘get’ anything. Apart from a swift thick ear perhaps.
It’s more usually …..im going to get….to which the correct response is …ignored untill you ask nicely….No, you may not ‘get’ anything. Apart from a swift thick ear perhaps.

I cancelled it and there was silence. I chased today and then was told refund had been processed. They have refunded me £5. So 25% of the price, and 25% less than the 50% offered and agreed.
I would tell them politely there must have been an admin error, quote their agreement to return £10 and say you look forward to completing the transaction as agreed. A deal is a deal in my book.If they decline, you can always leave them -ve feedback stating they broke the arrangement.

Then, on principle, I'd be leaving negative feedback on their website, in complete detail, and reposting it every time they take it down, and they will! Add that onto your post, 'EVERY TIME YOU TAKE THIS DOWN, I'LL REPOST IT!' Ebay will probably object to you doing this on the Ebay site, so once or twice on there, then the company's site. Hammer the Scammer! ![hehe](/inc/images/hehe.gif)

Golly, some real tough tactics coming out here. Going straight to stern words without doing the usual "urging" stage. ![hehe](/inc/images/hehe.gif)
