Really odd that I'm having to explain that.

For example, under patriot act, an individual could be held indefinitely in somewhere like guantanamo, to prevent them from leaking classified information to enemies.
Like say, someone who had meetings with Putin, wrote letters to north Korea, and had literally boxes of classified information?
Hmmmmmm.![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)

And yet Biden wasn’t prosecuted for having classified documents a few months ago because a special counsel deemed he wasn’t mentally fit to face trial. Like say, someone who had meetings with Putin, wrote letters to north Korea, and had literally boxes of classified information?
Hmmmmmm.

But of course, there could have been no connection between any of it and Joe Biden was simply unaware the whole time.

And again, criminal investigation, and "impeachment enquiry"
And nada.

Democrats now asking for election to be postponed indefinitely, in a completely non-dictatorial move.

What is wrong with what he said ?Is he saying Biden should ?
The judgement makes clear unlawful acts, even if performed while in office, do not receive immunity.
The President does gain immunity for actions within the scope of their "conclusive and preclusive" constitutional authority. That constitutional authority is already defined and it doesn't extend to sending Seal teams to kill domestic political rivals.
I felt sad watching parts of the debate, Biden's a good man (I feel) and to see him struggling like that with that self serving goon stood there gloating and throwing insults at him whilst just making things up again made me feel sad, but there is no need for this to be happening it's self inflicted by the Bidens and the Democrats.

Yeah, it's a crying shame. I saw a video that is doing the rounds showing the difference in Biden from 5 years ago, to today. The 2019 Biden was a table-thumping firebreather, the 2024 one he just looks completely lost. It's more an inditement of how quickly people go downhill when they pass a certain point in their lives, which is sad in and of itself. As you say though the Democrats have only themselves to blame for orchestrating this outcome. It's basically elder abuse at this point. Like a relative who wants to keep driving and thinks they are still competent, sometimes you have to step in and get their licence taken away for their own good, and in the case of a ailing President - the rest of the country.

And to be fair that is exactly what the President is allowed to do according to the recent SCOTUS ruling. Much easier for him would be to declare a state of emergency and just keep that rolling until he is ready to step down.https://x.com/mmpadellan/status/180778478480799377...

You might have said this in jest but with Trump always saying he won't accept the result unless he is declared winner I genuinely think that Pres Biden might have to do something along those lines when the result becomes apparent.A second Biden Presidency should see him use his new Presidential immunity to fire at least half the SCOTUS and install actual democratic thinking Judges to properly write the terms and especially limits of any Presidential immunity, then accept them into Law whilst still President.
