Oh yes! At last the 8C I've been waiting for. Perfection. cloud9
That would be the 8C for me - if I had the budget! It's superb. cloud9

Maybe a small benefit is having a range over 300 miles if both tanks are full.

That’s a financial self inflicted decapitation, I mean an absolute bargain!

Slightly different to Mum's old 131 from my childhood!
That looks like a great thing to drive.

That 131 is loverlee!

Old man had a 1600 t/c 131 a Supermirafiori in 70's dog poo brown, velour interior and Voxon radio. Lovely raspy thing it was too.

Up to Stonehaven today in the B10 for the RW Thomson memorial rally show. Some lovely bits and bobs around.

Pete's Chevy V8 Moggy;

RS2000 in fill Grp4 spec

B10 on the way home with the North Sea in the background. The new dampers have made such a difference

That’s a lovely looking Alpina.

Thinking about the Fiat, that’s exceptional value compared to a Mk1/2 sporty Escort or a (most likely) slightly rusty E30 M3. I can’t imagine it’s anything other than an absolute ripsnorter of a drive, has real history and motorsport heritage.

Same spec as my mum's 131, it was followed by a Fiat Argenta.

Thank God (or other deity/sky fairy/bottle of worshipful booze/whatever for this thread)!

512BB for me from those musings - it, along with the Countach was the Top Trumps big boy back in the late 1970’s and those curves are achingly beautiful even now.

Absolutely chap. When I was 12......Camersons of Perth had a Countach QV in exactly the same spec as Harry's. They had it for the weekend, I went twice (from Dundee!) to see it and got to sit in it. That helped the 12 yr old mojo nicely. They took someone who appeared to earn more than my £7 per week paper round money out in it just after a rain shower, cue about 2 gallons of rain water sloshing out the top of the rear wing...biglaugh
