To be deported or put up in a hotel?
I guess that depends if he's an asylum seeker or an economic migrant

Yet he was still granted a visa…
Obviously.

Either a visa, or arrest. That's pretty much only the two outcomes!

M.
He was arrested, he's had to surrender his passport and is confined to Calgary, he can't even fly back to the UK
The question is do we send the City of Calgary a Thank You, or a Commiseration Card?

The Canadians are making strenuous efforts to improve the water quality in the St Lawrence Seaway and associated river systems, so I suspect they wouldn't appreciate any nasty toxic turds, even little ones, being thrown into it.

Watched the first 4 minutes. More than enough.

Reasons fir being in the country flagged on entry. He told them he was visiting friends etc
Then starts "doing events", arranged at short notice.

He was a fool to think they wouldn't take exception to that.

Huh, wait, so my guess was pretty much on the money?

My guess would he came in on the basis of it being a holiday visit, then had a speaking engagement etc that counted as working, something like that.
I'm actually a little surprised I called that one, I thought I was perhaps being overly simplistic.

Apparently our Tommy, English thru and thru carries an Irish passport, don’t know whether it’s since Brexit.

I think this is all a conspiracy by the extreme far left to prevent him from canvasing for Reform.

He's not racist enough to canvas for reform
