Friday 8th July: AM - Meet Channel Tunnel Terminal Folkstone (for those wanted to drive down to Chamonix together.
18:00 Arrive Chamonix.
19:00 Check-in to hotel (TBC) and evening dinner with wine and welcome drink inc.
+ Weekend Briefing.
Saturday: AM Run Out - TBA
Saturday: PM Run out - St. Bernard Pass
Saturday: Eve - Optional dinner out.
Sunday: AM - Breakfast included.
AM: - Run out - Megeve / La Clusaz / Annecy
Sunday 12:00-14:00 Dislay of our cars on the main square. Approval given by the Mayor.
14:00 BBQ and British Grand Prix on the big screen at the Hotel Le Vert.
PM: - Run Out - Morzine / Evian / Martigny / Chamonix.
Sunday: Eve: Optional dinner out
Monday: AM: Final Breakfast included. Then depart at leisure.
After much searching for a decent hotel, with the all important secure, level access, interior parking. I have managed to obtain rooms at the 3-Star 'Hotel-du-Bois' in Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. (its 5kms from Chamonix town itself, but safer for the cars!)

The price for a 'Standard Room' is as follows:
Based on 2 people sharing, the price per person is: 156.40 Euros.
This includes:
* 3 nights B & B @ 41 euros per person, per night
* welcome drink & gateau at 3.50 euros per person
* evening dinner on the friday night at 19.90 euros per person
* drinks package with dinner at 10.00 euros per person
Total: 156.40 euros per person.
extras are: tourist tax @ 1 euro per person, per night.
parking at 8 euros per night, per car.
To book, the hotel requires 30% deposit which can be paid directly to the hotel by telephoning them on +33 (0)4 50 54 50 35 quoting 'FERRARI/SUPERCAR WEEKENDER'. The balance is due, direct to the hotel 30 days before arrival.
Once you have booked with the hotel, please email me confirming your attendance, with your name (+ other half if she's coming) and also which car you are bringing :-)
The rooms are on option So if you want to come and join us please book with the hotel asap. There are currently 15 rooms on option. This can be increased if their is more demand.
