Spend a day in your car, or hire a car Limits car, and find your limits and those of the car in our safe environment at North Weald Airfield, Essex.
If you can't attend this day, why not take a look at our calendar for a choice of Activity Days and year round driver training days! (we don't let him have much time off!)
Most of you know what the course is like, but for those of you who don't, the day is tailored to your needs, so whether you’re a racing driver, do track days or just drive on the road, Andrew Walsh will teach you skills to improve your driving and car handling, and to enjoy your vehicle even more!
The Course
Tuition is bespoke to your needs, using exercises that lend themselves to a variety of techniques allowing you to get the most out of yourself and the vehicle. For example, on the high speed bend, you may learn: what it feels like to experience understeer, oversteer and how to feel and correct them, learn a different steering technique, use balanced throttle, trailing throttle, left foot breaking, heel and toe and even how to control the rotation of your car and get it back inline from 90 degrees! We use a circuit around soft bendy cones in the afternoon to put your new techniques into practise and learn even more.
Cost & Booking
The day costs £220 each with 4 attendees on the day, or £440 with 2 attendees on the day. The first person to book gets to determine whether the day is a 2 or 4 person Event.
