February 25th is the start of the 2009 trackday season for us here at Opentrack. We are starting as we mean to go on by using one of the best drivers circuits in the Uk Oulton park.
Widely acknowledged as the most picturesque race circuit in the country, Oulton Park is recognised as much for its stunning surroundings as the spectacular racing that takes place on its hallowed tarmac.
Voted the best UK circuit by British Superbike fans in 2007, Oulton Park features rapidly changing gradients and blind crests, and presents a supreme challenge to riders and drivers. Spectators can enjoy fantastic views of the action, with the outside of Knickerbrook in particular providing a stunning vista.
At Just under 2.7 miles the circuit includes the famous "Shell Oils Corner "which is the only banked corner on a Uk circuit.
The cost for the day is £139.00 for a Car and Driver.
You may have a extra driver sharing your car and track time for £40.00.
Passengers in your vehicle are £10.00 each.
Garaging is free and on a "first come first served basis."
The Circuit will go live at 09.00 am until we break for a 1 hour lunch the Circuit will re-open and will remain open until 5.00 pm or untill the light fails.
Please note the Db limit at the circuit is 105Db measured statically at 75% full throttle. |
