2019 MCLAREN 600LT V8 S-A

The 600LT brought McLarens Longtail philosophy to the Sports Series, applying the same focus on weight reduction, chassis development and aerodynamics that had made the 675LT such a compelling drivers car. Its longer bodywork, fixed rear wing and top-exit exhausts give it a distinct identity, although the most significant differences reveal themselves from behind the wheel.

Powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 592 bhp, paired with a seven-speed Seamless Shift Gearbox, the 600LT reaches 62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a maximum speed of 204 mph. The figures tell only part of the story. Hydraulic steering, a more focused suspension set-up and carbon ceramic brakes give it the precision and involvement that remain central to its appeal.

George Gehdu Cars is pleased to offer this 2019 example, which has covered 25,500 miles. Finished in black over a Carbon Black Alcantara interior, it sits on silver 10-spoke ultra-lightweight forged wheels, with red brake calipers and matching seat belts adding a measured contrast.

The specification includes Carbon Fibre Exterior Upgrade Packs 1 & 2, bringing exposed gloss carbon to the mirror casings, extended side intakes, front splitter, side skirts and rear aerodynamic elements. These are complemented by the gloss carbon fibre rear deck surrounding the signature top-exit exhausts, an especially effective detail against the black bodywork.

Inside, the carbon fibre racing seats are a defining feature. Their sculpted shells and low seating position suit the character of the car, while Carbon Black Alcantara covers the dashboard, door trims, centre tunnel and steering wheel. Satin chrome brightwork provides a subtle contrast within an otherwise restrained cabin.

The IRIS touchscreen and front and rear parking sensors provide useful everyday convenience, while Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres are currently fitted. Presented in an understated colour combination, this example combines the desirable exterior carbon upgrades with the racing seats that feel so appropriate to the 600LT.
