2019 JEEP COMPASS

The 2019 Jeep Compass 1.4T MultiAir II Longitude is a stylish, practical and comfortable family SUV that offers a good combination of performance, space and everyday usability. With its distinctive Jeep styling, raised driving position and 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine, it is a good option for anyone looking for a versatile SUV. The 1.4-litre MultiAir II turbocharged petrol engine produces 140 PS and provides a decent balance of power and efficiency. It feels responsive enough for everyday driving, with plenty of power for town journeys and reasonable performance on motorways. The six-speed manual gearbox gives the driver good control, although acceleration is not particularly sporty. The Compass offers a comfortable driving position with good visibility and a spacious cabin. The interior is well laid out, with practical storage spaces and a quality feel. There is plenty of room for passengers, including those travelling in the rear seats. The 438-litre boot provides useful luggage space, making it suitable for family holidays, shopping and everyday activities. The SUV feels solid and reassuring on the road. The elevated driving position makes driving easier, particularly around town and in busy traffic. The suspension handles most road surfaces reasonably well, although it can feel slightly firm over rougher roads. It is more suited to comfortable everyday driving than sporty handling. The car will be offered with a Free RAC inspection, Free 1 Yr MOT, Free RAC Warranty and Free 1Yr RAC Recovery package.
