Description
Background:
Introduced in 2013, the second generation Range Rover Sport represented a significant step forward from its predecessor. Longer overall, but with shorter front and rear overhangs, it offered increased interior space and a more contemporary design, together with advances in chassis technology, refinement and on-road dynamics. The result was a more sophisticated and accomplished interpretation of the Range Rover Sport concept, and Land Rover described it at launch as its fastest and most responsive model to date.
Despite this greater emphasis on sporting ability, the new Sport retained the formidable off-road capability expected of a Range Rover, with sophisticated four-wheel drive technology, air suspension and Terrain Response. It was this breadth of ability that remained central to the Sport's appeal, combining the comfort and refinement of a luxury Range Rover with genuine all terrain capability and considerably more sporting intent.
For those seeking the full Range Rover Sport experience, the 5.0 litre Autobiography Dynamic sat towards the upper end of the range. Motivation was provided by a supercharged 5.0 litre V8 producing a substantial 503bhp, all fed through an eight-speed automatic transmission and enabling this substantial luxury SUV to reach 62mph from rest in just 5.3 seconds and continue on to a top speed of 140mph. Impressive figures in isolation, but perhaps more remarkable given that they relate to a luxurious Range Rover equally capable of tackling difficult terrain or covering long distances in considerable comfort.
The Car:
Dating from 2014, this attractive Autobiography Dynamic is finished in Corris Grey Metallic over a distinctive Black and Red leather trimmed interior, accented by extended Grand Black veneer trim. It's had just two owners from new and was indicating 45,498 miles at the time of cataloguing.
Importantly for a sophisticated performance SUV of this type, it's accompanied by a comprehensive and well documented service history. The records show regular maintenance throughout its life, with the majority of the servicing carried out by Land Rover main dealers. More recent maintenance has continued with JLS Garage in 2025 and, most recently, Motorfix Witney in June 2026.
Documented servicing includes:
The specification is suitably comprehensive for an Autobiography Dynamic and includes a panoramic roof, privacy glass, four-zone climate control, heated front and rear seats, a heated multifunction steering wheel, refrigerated centre console compartment and Meridian sound system.
Externally, the Corris Grey Metallic finish is complemented by black 22-inch alloy wheels with contrasting red brake callipers, fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season tyres on all four corners.
Condition:
Its current MOT was issued in January 2026.
With many examples of this generation having now covered substantial mileages and passed through multiple ownership, it's increasingly unusual to find one with just two owners from new and only 45,498 miles indicated at the time of cataloguing. Combined with the supercharged 5.0 litre V8, Autobiography Dynamic specification and consistent documented maintenance, these factors add considerably to the appeal of this rather smart Range Rover Sport.
