Everything is controlled through the sharp 15in central touchscreen, which includes sat nav, DAB radio and Bluetooth connectivity, alongside dual wireless phone chargers below. You are kept comfortable year-round with leather seats, heated seats, a heated steering wheel, air conditioning and climate control. Driving and parking are made simple thanks to Autopilot with adaptive cruise control, a reversing camera and tyre pressure monitoring, while LED headlights light the way ahead. This Model 3 comes with an MOT valid until October 2027. We have also tested the battery, which shows a healthy 91.6% state of health for added peace of mind. Running costs: charging at home on a smart tariff at around 7p per kWh, a full charge of the 61.7kWh battery costs roughly £4.32 for up to 305 miles of advertised range. That works out at about 1.4p a mile, against around 18p a mile for a diesel car doing 50mpg with diesel at £2.00 a litre, or about £55 for the same 305 miles. Prices vary, so treat these as a guide.
