2013 TIGER TIGER CAT E1

The time has come to sell my Tiger Cat E1 which I have built and owned from new. This is a well sorted, engineer built car, which was registered in 2013, but has seen minimal use, just 691 miles covered.

The car is fitted with a 1.8 Ford Zetec engine which is fed through a set of GSXR bike carbs, which were set up on a dyno, but might benefit from a little further optimisation due to the car's limited use. The car uses a Sierra 5-speed type 9 manual gearbox and limited slip differential.

The chassis and suspension components are factory powder-coated. The car has all-round discs and has a set of Team Dynamics Pro-Race 3 wheels and Toyo R1-R tyres.

The car was built from selected components, rather than a single Sierra donor, which means that it is registered on a Q-plate, but this does at least make the MOT emissions test a little easier, avoiding the need for a cat.

The bodywork consists of factory fibreglass panels in Oxford blue with the front cycle wings in black, which are complemented by the alloy side panels which have been vinyl wrapped in black to provide a contrast.

The interior has a pair of TRS harnesses, black vinyl seats and a Mountney steering wheel, along with an etb instruments Digidash instrument panel, which also includes oil, water & voltage monitoring and the possibility to log 0-60.

The car is currently fitted with a full polycarbonate windscreen (with an additional glass screen included), but will also come with black aero screen, which is easily interchanged.

The car has recently been recommissioned after a period of dry garage storage and has 12 months MOT from July 11th 2026, which was passed with no advisories, and has been recently serviced and new battery fitted.
