1988 PORSCHE 911

A true icon of its time, this 930 Turbo Cabriolet is finished in Paint to Sample (PTS) Schwarz Metallic. An original and rare UK-supplied C16 car, believed to be 1 of only 39 right-hand-drive Cabriolets that were brought into the UK in 1988

The air-cooled 3.3-litre flat-six, delivering 296bhp and 278lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission.

Recently, the car was entrusted to local Porsche Specialists - German Auto Solutions, who carried out a complete top-end engine rebuild with heads overhauled, new piston rings, upgraded head studs, new heat exchangers, stainless crossover pipes, new rocker covers, front and rear crank seals, oil lines, new starter motor and full Turbo overhaul with new housing. (circa £25k in receipts)

A full major service was also carried out, including spark plugs, all belts, all filters, brake fluid, brake pads, upgraded braided brake hoses and gearbox oil

This example comes complete with its original book pack and leather pouch, stamped original service book, all MOTs, a leather-bound file containing extensive service and maintenance invoices, a Porsche Factory Datacard and Birth Certificate, original toolkit, space-saver spare wheel and spare keys.

In addition, a 2024 Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) head unit for Porsche Classic Cars has been fit including a 3.5-inch touchscreen, satellite navigation, DAB radio and Apple CarPlay
