I purchased this car in 2022 after more than a year of searching through Lotus owners' forums and Lotus dealerships nationwide, specifically to find an Exige S in this colour.

A Bell and Colvill customer originally requested an Exige S in this colour, and Lotus agreed to build a limited run of three in partnership with Bell and Colvill, commissioning three cars in Liquid Yellow triple-layer paint.

Of those three cars, only two remain in their original Liquid Yellow, while the third, currently owned by George Williams (Hell Slow), has since been repainted purple. As a result, this car is now one of only two Liquid Yellow Exige S models remaining.

- Most recent service was a B-type service, air (performance fitted), and brake fluid done by Bell and Colvill on 17th October 2025. A brand-new battery was also fitted.

- No tyres or brakes needed. Bell and Colvill confirmed 80% life left in the rear brake pads and 65% life left in front brake pads. I have never tracked it, nor did the previous owner.

- MOT renewed and passed on 20 October 2025 with no advisories.

- Supercharger rebuilt and refreshed in 2019 by Back on Track. The original supercharger comes supplied with the car.

- Both rear dampers were replaced with new dampers on 30th July 2024 by Back on Track.

- Car in genuine impeccable condition. Has always been garaged, never kept outside and loved.

- This was a well-documented car on the Lotus Forums, especially by the previous owner when speccing it new from the factory (please see one of the images when the customer was sharing his experience on the forum when ordering it new from Lotus).
