EXTERIOR

This low mileage 4-litre TJ Wrangler presents very nicely in metallic Bright Silver. After a full detail and polish the original paintwork has a great finish with no scuffs, scrapes, or dents. The metal bumpers are unmarked and the extended wheel arch flares are perfect having just been fitted alongside the new deep dish wheels and chunky tyres. The complementing grey hardtop (which can be removed) is also notably tidy and we’re pleased to see the original Sahara Edition stickers still in place on the front wings. But what really sets this one apart is the excellent rust-free condition of the body and underside.

INTERIOR

With the exception of an integrated Panasonic touchscreen head unit, the interior of the Jeep is also very original. In line with the low mileage the grey and black Sedona cloth upholstery is almost entirely unworn with no damage or discolouration. The footwell carpets are also in great shape having always been protected by genuine Jeep floor mats. Being a Sahara Edition the car is equipped with a few nice options including extra speakers, cruise control, and air conditioning – all working perfectly. Finer details such as the original leather steering wheel and gear selector handles are excellent.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Unlike most 20+ year old Jeeps, the engine bay here is remarkably clean and tidy with no modifications or signs of previous poor repair. The car is accompanied by a good service record to support the low mileage, and for the new keeper’s peace of mind it was freshly serviced and checked over only a few hundred miles ago. It also benefits from a new radiator, battery, anti-roll bar links, and four new tyres. The MOT is valid until November 2026.

HISTORY FILE

Having resided on the salt-free roads of Japan from first registration in late 2004 until very recently, the Jeep remains in fantastic rust-free condition including the underside. Included in the history folder are the original Jeep document pouch and owners’ manuals, shipping paperwork, and maintenance documents. The car is now fully UK registered with all taxes paid on arrival. The last service was carried out in November 2025 at 37,929 miles (61,042 km).
