2019 Lotus

Well, here’s an ad that I didn’t think I’d be writing but I am selling my lotus Exige cup 430 finding myself in the privileged position to buy a car that I’d never thought I’d be able to own. I remember thinking this way when I bought my first lotus all those years ago.

Anyway, I’ve agreed to part exchange on my car and it will be going in a few weeks time looking to give the opportunity to someone else to own this before it goes into the system!

I am the third owner and the car comes with all the normal 430 extras from the factory with the addition of Alcantara dashboard and AIM digital dash (original is also with car). I have the original invoice for the car listing the other optional. I also have the mandatory trickle charger.

The car is covered circa 18,700 miles, it has a full B&C lotus service history, with the last B service being carried out in early November with the MOT.

The car has wanted for nothing in my short ownership having replaced the front auxiliary radiators in the summer which cost circa £3200 and the latest service cost just shy of £2000 due to the rear suspension bushes being replaced to pass the MOT.

It had new brake pads and discs all round about 2500 miles ago. Tyres are in a good condition and don’t need replacing.

The car has been detailed and ceramic coated roundabout a year ago. I also had new PPF put on the front and side sills of the car. The roof has PPF as does the carbon side scoops and front carbon bonnet. It does have some age related marks as you expect, but overall it’s in tiptop condition. I had the Alloy wheels repainted from silver to satin black only for aesthetics. There was nothing wrong with the wheels themselves. i.e. no damage.

The car is currently on a private plate, which if I get the asking price, I’ll leave on the car. I also have a soft top which I never had the conversion completed on again this is negotiable or I will sell separately.

To avoid the obvious question, yes it’s been on track it’s an Exige!!! But has done the majority of miles putting smiles on mine and my kids faces on summer drives out.
