1982 VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER

We don’t very often sell T25s as it is challenging to find one where someone has invested the money and care required to get it to the high standard it deserves. When this one came along we just couldn’t resist, as it ticks all the boxes.

This T25 is a good clean example that has been well cared for throughout its life. The panels are some of the straightest we have seen, and the body has undergone a full respray in recent years in beautiful Sky Blue and Pastel white. These colours just fit so well with the vehicle, indicative of a sunny day down the seaside where the bus is at its best.

Original air-cooled engine runs well and cruises comfortably on dual carriageways. The van has been fully serviced and the engine bay detailed November 2025. The underside has been checked over and protected with a light stone guard. Further Lanoguard rust protection can be applied if desired (This is something we do regularly and works very well for rust prevention).

Practical interior featuring a lovely large rustic pine cabinet and a double bed in the back. The original Shelbey high top provides a vast amount of additional head room inside as well as a further double bed arrangement if required. We are able to fit a double gas burner cooker unit or a sink / cooker combo if desired.
