The Purosangue has a front mid-engine, while the transmission is located at the rear as a transaxle. The front is sculptural, the lines flow dynamically, and the aerodynamics have been integrated in such a way that they are barely noticeable but contribute significantly to performance. Details such as the split daytime running lights, narrow air intakes, and muscular sides give the Purosangue a powerful appearance without compromising its elegance. At the same time, despite its height and size, the vehicle does not look like a classic SUV, but rather like a sporty crossover that bridges two worlds.

At the same time, the all-wheel drive is designed to only intervene when really needed so as not to restrict dynamic handling. Painted in Nero Purosangue, a black with a purple metallic effect, this Ferrari was completed in Maranello in July 2023 and delivered to its first and, to date, only owner by Ferrari dealer Kessel AG in Switzerland on July 27, 2024. The avid collector kept the vehicle without ever driving it. Nevertheless, on May 30, 2025, with a mileage of only 103 km, he had it serviced by Ferrari.
