Time to let this one go. It’s my 2008 Porsche 997.2 Carrera 3.6 manual – the one with the DFI engine (no IMS issues, far lower bore-scoring risk) and producing 345bhp. Proper driver’s car. 0–60 in 4.7s and it still feels every bit as solid today.

134k miles, backed up by 13 service stamps, mostly Porsche specialists. Last serviced April this year by Porsche at 132k.
