1979 MG B GT

Quintessentially British, we are proud to offer the market this beautiful MGB GT Coupe Sportscar, the MGB was launched in 1965 and ran through to 1980 with the Roadster and 2+2 Coupe variants.

This 1979 vehicle has the famous “Rostyle” wheels and the distinctive Rubber Bumpers with the latter a requirement for the US Market bumper standards.

With just TWO Keepers, the last of which bought the car when it was just a year old and spent the next 45 Years and 6 Days as a cherished member of his family.

Many road trips to France ( even comes with the Lucas Yellow Headlamp Covers ) the vehicle underwent a 4 Year Restoration between 2013 and 2017 to a bare shell & has always been garaged under a car cover to provide what we have today…. Absolutely stunning condition.

The Folding Vinyl “Webasto” roof is in immaculate, fully working condition with no leaks…. Fitted as a Dealer Option within the 1st Year of ownership in 1979 !! Even have the Receipt !!
