My beloved Audi S2 Aby Kingfisher Blue, Cream leather - Rare - ex show model 1996 (newest S2)

For Sale is my Beloved Audi Quattro S2 Turbo ABY 1996 in the amazing Kingfisher Blue colour with white wheels and Porsche Brake upgrade brakes. 164k miles on the clock, These engines are built so well!

I have owned this car for 10 years and had lots of work done on this car along with lots of happy memories made.

It has come to the point where I am not finding the time these days to work on the car and my life situation has changed.

So it makes sense to sell this treasure on.

I wish I could keep her. She performs so well and is derived from the rally technology form the group B rally car days of the 80's.

The grandad to the Audi rs3 and TTRS. That amazing 5 cylinder sound and performance! with ultimate grip!

The car is still current even for today! and is certainly a head turner and the sounds and feeling it gives you! Just wow!

The first of the "S" production cars from Audi! A very rare find and an ex display model vehicle too in such a rare and attractive colour! (Audi were told to not make an RS2 coupe as it would be in direct competition with its Porsche 911, however you can easily upgrade this vehicle to bring it to that spec and more!)

12 months fresh MOT

Well serviced! Oil/filter change every 6months, receipts and service history. Box full of paperwork for the vehicle!!

Only used Castrol 5W 40 fully synthetic.

Rare Kingfisher Blue colour with cream leather interior, incorporating carbon fibre trim.

Custom ECU (Emerald ECU) with 3 stage mode selector (pops n bangs mode etc)

Chip tuned to 273bhp

Forge Motorsport recirc, metal dump Valve (lifetime warranty)

aluminium replacement of a few engine parts that were plastic.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 Tyres all round

17 inch white 5 spoke OZ Alloy wheels

Car has lowered HR Springs and Koni Shocks

Powerflex bushes applied to front and wishbones

(Have the engine snub mount Powerflex bush also - not fitted yet)

Upgraded coils and coil leads - TFSI coils

Upgraded Airbox to have larger inlet similar to RS2

Aux radiator delete Modification

Upgraded oil cooler and piping, re-positioned to the old Aux radiator position.

1 x silencer group removed so only the back box silencer left (nice sound)

2.5 inch stainless steel Miltek exhaust system with 200 cell Sports cat

Upgraded custom, large Aluminium radiator

Upgraded custom Front 6x9 Door cards which houses larger and decent speakers that match nicely with the trim of the vehicle

Recent slave clutch cylinder replaced,

Front tie rods replaced and ball joints

Front 2x wheel bearings replaced

2x front wheel abs sensors replaced

Ferodo DS2500 Racing pads equipped all round, (best when warm)

Custom rear heat shield created from Jaguar XKR to replace the old deteriorated one

custom ceiling re-glued and retrimmed and fitted

Door cards re-glued, re-trimmed and fitted

Custom solar plugin car battery charger

Toad Alarm and immobiliser fitted

RS2 front Badge

Additional custom rear S2 Badge (non standard)

Uprated brake oil (Castrol react SRF racing Brake Fluid)

Spare Audi 16inch wheel.

Rear Boot locking mechanism aligned and repaired

Good points:

Amazing to drive!! sounds great and when warm stops very well.

Insane grip!! even in the Wet!! The paintwork is still in a very good condition for the age!

The interior looks amazing. Just a few tweaks and this car will be as good as new again!

Bad points:

As its an older car there will be some additional things to look at, but once sorted you will have something very special indeed!

suspect that front CV joints will need looking at

Car can drain battery over time (possibly a bad earth - needs an electrician or its the Alarm)

The tune might need looking at / power check, can cut out when hot, but think the idle needs to be increased on this

Some of the trim is starting to come away with age and this hot summer

Plastic additional pedal part to the accelerator pedal has come off (I have the plastic still)

ECU could be better secured to the vehicle.
