1981 CHEVROLET CORVETTE

This post-1980 facelift T-top with new bonnet, bumpers, spoiler and tail lights was first registered in America in 1981 with title papers showing residence in Connecticut and Pennsylvania for many years

It's finished in light metallic grey, offset by a red band around its lower mid-section and a dark grey metallic lower portion and sits on the correct set of 15" alloy wheels, which are shod in BF Goodrich Radial T/A tyres.

Factory-fitted equipment includes pop-up headlamps, air-conditioning, an AM/FM stereo, electric windows, and two removable glass roof panels

Motivation comes from a 5.7-litre General Motors V8, coupled to a 4-speed manual transmission

Imported to the UK directly from America in 2019 with all duties paid and assigned with registration JWN 115W upon Customs clearance by the DVLA

Accompanied by a history file that contains an original owner's manual along side numerous invoices detailing its history while in the US including extensive works in 2013/14 plus general service invoices showing amongst other items a new dash wiring harness and an alternator

In good overall useable condition that could quite easily be improved upon if required depending upon your requirements and expectations

Has formed part of a private collection of late with little or no use so an element of recommissioning may be required before any extensive use
