Here I have for sale is my obsession, a Volvo V50 T5 in great original condition, fitted with the official Polestar performance upgrade. A rare, powerful estate that’s been very well cared for with all work carried out by main dealer, Marshall’s Volvo in Peterborough.

-New PCV valve & diaphragm, as the old one split

- Soundproofing installed in rear – significantly reduces road noise without muting the engine/ exhaust note

This is a well-sorted, high-spec T5; I have obsessed over the maintenance and care if this car regardless of cost. All work and servicing has only been trusted to Volvo main dealer. Installed with full Polestar performance enhancement adding power, quicker throttle and gear change response this car drives great and sounds even better. Only premium fuels used, and rarely taken above 2000 rpm. But sometimes you just have to, its addictive!!!

Turbocharged, 220+ bhp, still composed on long drives or B-roads. Unlike many modern cars, it’s engaging without being aggressive.

My favourite thing about this car is the engine and the way it sounds, the unique 5-cylinder note, It’s subtle when you want it to be, but with it's refined performance, it's a true sleeper. A car that is genuinely rewarding to own.

Being one of the last Volvos built before Ford-era dilution really kicked in, it's still carries that old-school Scandinavian solidness and character that's near impossible to find these days
