Ferrari 355 Berlinetta -non airbag-3 spoke steering wheel

Believed to be the seventh Ferrari F355 Berlinetta imported into the UK, this example began production on 21st June 1994 and was officially invoiced on 4th August 1994. Finished in the iconic Rosso Corsa with Crema leather interior and Bordeaux carpets, it is one of just 408 manual Berlinettas delivered to the UK—of which only 275 are currently known to be taxed or SORN’d.

Delivered by truck to Ferrari UK, it was subsequently sent to official dealer Lancaster Ferrari of Colchester. It was first registered on 23rd September 1994 to its original owner, a 33-year-old Essex-based property investor. At the time, the list price stood at £83,031.37, excluding delivery, plates, and road tax.

With demand for the new F355 far exceeding supply, the car changed hands quickly—acquired by its second owner on 15th July 1995.

Over the following eleven years, the F355 passed through four further registered keepers, with ownership changes recorded on:

In November 2016, the car was purchased by its sixth owner, a 72-year-old insurance broker from London, with 48,000 miles on the clock. He had the car maintained by the renowned Ferrari specialist Bob Houghton in the Cotswolds, which included retrimming of seats and the leather dashboard.

The current and seventh owner, a 48-year-old engineer from London, acquired the car on 1st July 2020 with 49,000 miles. Under his care, the car has been serviced by Bob Houghton, Nick Cartwright in Derbyshire, and more recently HR Owen in London.
