2018 BMW 2 SERIES

My lovely M240i, with full main dealer service history (most recently having had the brake fluid changed in April this year). It's MOT'd to 4th June 2026. It's in fantastic condition with hardly any stone chips, no scuffs or marks to the paintwork and an excellent interior - no wear apparent to seats, mats or carpet. I don't smoke, and everything works as it should.

This is a well specified car from new, with pro nav,heated seats, HK, LED lights etc. It also has uprated bootlid struts. When I bought it it had just come off a BMW lease and has not been remapped - frankly it's fast enough as it is.

As you will probably know, these cars are renowned for the poor quality of the original suspension and to resolve this earlier this year I bought and fitted a full Birds suspension kit, consisting of custom valved Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs. New top mounts were fitted, then the original active suspension was coded out so no warning light are on the dash.

One the suspension had settled I also had a new Quaife LSD fitted to allow the car to put down the power when required.

Around the same time I had the (undamaged) wheels refurbished in triple bronze, which looks fantastic, especially on a sunny day. Also fitted was a set of PS5 tyres. The geometry was checked on a Hunter 4 wheel alignment machine (it was perfect,, printout with the car). The car is now absolutely fantastic to drive, agruably how it should have left the factory !

If you don't like the wheel colour I have a spare set which I am happy to get refinished in a colour of your choise.

It's a genuinely brilliant car, easily the best I've ever had. It cruises along in perfect comfort giving over 30mpg, yet is very quick when wanted. I've done 6 hour trips and got out with no aches and pains and I'm an old man with a bad back :-)

I'm coming up to retirement and the reality is that the car won't get used, and it's pointless leaving it on the drive, hence the sale.
