1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 MK1. Chassis No. LML699. Engine No. VB6E/50/1421. This is one of the last 2.6 Litre DB 2/4s made, being first registered in May 1954.
Finished in Opalescent Racing Green with Cream Leather Interior. This DB2/4 was featured in the film ‘Dance With a Stranger’ at Goodwood in 1984. It has also featured in various Aston Martin events including Hill Climbs, Goodwood Sprints and European Tours. In 2000, this Aston took part in the AMOC Millennium Tour to Monte Carlo. It won the final stages of the navigation test, and the Northern Areas tour in 2004. The hatchback and folding rear seat make the DB2/4 ideal for these events.
This Aston Martin DB2/4 is in lovely condition throughout. It has been looked after by Aston Martin Specialists. Recent service work includes a full new wiring loom and new timing chains.
