Finished in Shelby Blue with off-white Le-Mans stripes, this classic looking Dax Tojeiro 427 Cobra Replica was professionally built by Dax specialists DB Replicas (at db427dot com) in 2005.

This car was commissioned for a tall driver with a very rare extended footwell allowing drivers over 6ft2 to fit in the vehicle rather than on top of it! If you are a taller driver, you won't find a Cobra that you fit in better.

The engine is a Chevy 383ci 6.3 litre "Stroker" V8 with Edelbrock Zinc series carb, aluminium radiator, dual mechanical and electric fuel pumps, polished inlet manifold all in a fully detailed engine bay (Detailed specs are available). Electric fuel pump added to aid fuel supply when the car is left standing in winter months. Dax long-range fuel tank. Hydraulic lifts for boot and bonnet.

Fitted with a Tremec TKO 5 speed manual gearbox and Spax fully adjustable suspension for ride and height. Full chrome package includes front a rear nudge bars and twin roll hoops with rear stays and headrests. Dax wind wings and sun visors keep wind buffetting down.

Exhausts are Dax stainless "big bore" sidepipes with 4 into 1 collectors, paired with stainless stone guards for the rear wheels.

17" Halibrand alloy wheels with faux-spinners - all in great condition.

The interior is in blue-piped Murhead magnolia leather with blue carpets. Dashboard uses Smiths gauges throughout. Mota Lita wood-rimmed steering wheel is removable and a hidden engine kill switch has been added for security. Custom-built steering binnacle hides a mag-mount phone holder for those days when you need a bit of sat-nav in your classic.

The classic theme continues inside the car with black leather trim and matching carpets, Smiths instruments with period switches and starter button. Moto-lita wood rim steering wheel, 3 point Willans harness seat belts again in matching black. Included with the car is a black Cobra mo-hair hood and tonneau cover with side screens.
