I bought this Gardner Douglas Cobra in 2007 when it was over 40 years old with a view to carrying out a full body off restoration. This started in 2007 and finished in 2009! It included a new chassis and body and amounted in total to around £30,000. The engine had been overhauled a few years earlier. I went to work in Asia and the car was kept in secure storage ,where it still is.During that time it has only covered 2,300 miles since. In 2015 a further £4,000 was spent on on a check up. All bills are available.

The car has a new Mohair hood and side screens, Halliband wheels, Chevy 5.7L V8 engine, 5 speed box, Tonneau, Exterior car cover and interior cover.Tax and Mot exempt ,has a current Mot.
