Lotus Elise 111R Supercharged with 235bhp and Exige upgrades

Lotus Elise 111R Supercharged with 235bhp and lots of tasteful and required modifications. - £22,900 o.n.o

I am selling my 2004 Supercharged 111r Elise as I am moving house and need the funds. It has 61,500 miles and garaged all it's life. I will be sad to see it go as its a fantastic, rare little car and the most fun car I have ever owned. It has a whole list of modifications done to improve it even more than when it left Lotus including...

- Power has been upped to 233.6bhp (confirmed by dyno testing) due to a Katana Supercharger being fitted (so it's the same power as an S2 Exige)

- 2Bular full exhaust system fitted and included is a 'track day' back box which is slightly quieter and points downward to ensure you are suitable for track day noise limits. Both sound incredible, especially with the supercharger whine.

- Suspension has been improved with Nitrons NTR Race R1's (aka Fast Road dampers) and a whole revamp of suspension arms, bushes, steering rack etc.

- Toe links have been replaced (a MUST on these cars as old original ones can fail and cause 'problems')

- Full aluminum radiator and new fans fitted (again, a must on these as the original plastic ones can crack and leak)

- A baffled sump has been fitted to protect the engine from oil starvation on track, especially with the increased power and handling characteristics.

- Brakes have Pagid pads in them and brake lines upgraded to braided hoses to help maintain stopping power

- Genuine GT3 spoiler from Lotus (NOT an ebay spoiler from China)

- Race bucket seats fitted with Schroth harnesses (existing 3 point belts still attached if you want to use these on the road)

- Quick release steering wheel to help getting in/out (and security as I remove it and lock it in the boot when out and about!)

- New upholstery done to the interior to make it feel more up to date and tie in the red paint with black and yellow accents throughout the car.

- The car had a full geo and flat floor set up done at Lotus Henley (Hoffmans) only a few 100 miles ago. (I found the front pushed on a bit in the corners when on track but happy to report they have set this to a much more neutral / rear bias now which makes it much more fun)

- The car comes complete with a full set of receipts and service history from Lotus/race car specialists throughout it's life and long MOT with no advisories.

- Car have been garaged all its life and is in great condition other than the usual small stone chips to the front clam, (no dents, cracks etc anywhere).

- Always has Shell/BP ultimate fuel and runs perfectly.

Car is located at RG10 in Hurst, Reading and test drives are welcome if you can prove insurance (it's quick and has no traction control/ABS etc)
