1973 FORD ESCORT

Here we have a stunning MK1 Ford Escort Mexico , rotisserie restored to concours condition, and used spareingly since, having only covered 650 miles.

Purchased as an original, solid, low mileage example from long term ownership in 2020 with continuous MOT history to 68, 000 miles , dating back to the 70's, this car was then subjected to a complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration finishing in 2023 , creating this beautiful example..

No expense was spared in this restoration . Every part on this vehicle was refurbished or replaced . I'm told the only body repairs required were a new section of floor pan on the passenger side .. Steel big wings were also added to complete the look with the 15" Minilite wheels .

The suspension has been uprated with AVO adjustable shocks, and an Atlas LSD was fitted .

If you do your homework, the work to restore this car now cost way in excess of the asking price .

Having driven the car , I can report that it drives as a MK1 Mex should.

The car comes with an excellent history file and plenty of recent invoices detailing the work carried out and photos of the restoration work ..
