Fitted with a rebuilt 1.6-litre inline-four producing around 110bhp, which is sent to the front wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox

Striped back to bare metal, it was subject to a glass-out full respray in its original black, black plastic wheel arch extensions with new black plastic bumpers, and sits on refurbed 13-inch alloy wheels

Retrimmed throughout with new black and grey tartan cloth, new black carpets, and complete with the iconic ‘golf ball’ gear knob

The original dash and steering wheel were kept, with the added addition of a period-looking modern Blaupunkt radio with Bluetooth

Supplied with photographic evidence of the restoration, along with invoices, spare wheel
