The Ferrari 599 GTB 60 F1 “Alonso Edition” is a spectacular send‑off for the 599 series, launched in December 2011. Built to commemorate 60 years of Formula 1 victories for Ferrari—from Froilán González’s first Silverstone win in 1951 to Fernando Alonso’s triumph there in 2011—it’s a rare combination of racing tribute and grand touring prowess.

The special edition car shared the same 6.0-litre V-12 found at the heart of the standard 599 GTB but featured the enhanced HGTE chassis with stiffer suspension, shorter springs, and firmer anti-roll bars. Cosmetically, the 60F1 ‘Alonso Edition’ differed from the normal car with dashes of white found on the front spoiler, bonnet, boot, and stretching from the A-pillar to its rear louvres, where a Scuderia Ferrari logo pays homage to the F1 team.

Visually, the Alonso Edition stands out with distinctive white highlights across the front spoiler, bonnet, roof pillars, rear louvres, and boot edge, along with the Scuderia Ferrari shields on the B‑pillars and striking 20‑inch diamond‑finish forged wheels

Inside, you’ll find a racetrack‑inspired cabin: carbon‑fibre trims, Alcantara bucket seats or Sabelt/Recaro options, blue and red FIA‑style harnesses, a white rev counter, and a white‑top dash in high‑end Alutex material. Many examples even feature plates marking “60 years of F1 wins.”
