1957 JAGUAR XK

Oakmere are delighted to offer this beautiful 1957 Jaguar XK150 for sale from our Northwich, Cheshire showroom.

A British supplied car, having been sold new by Henlys Limited of Bournemouth to the first owner, a Mrs Naomi Cotton of Canford Cliffs, Dorset, with the original registration number of NC140.

Manufactured on 2nd September 1957 and powered by Jaguar's 3.4-liter inline six mated to a manual transmission with factory overdrive, PPR673 is finished in its original factory colours of Pearl Grey with red leather interior.

PPR673 has been the subject of a body off restoration with many new panels fitted and has been kept as close to original specification as possible.

According to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, PPR673 is the 29th XK150 off the production line and as such features many details that cannot be found on later XK150's.

An older restoration carried out between 1995 and 2005 and comprising a full body and chassis restoration, along with a complete rebuild of the running gear.

The interior was partially retrimmed whilst retaining the beautiful patina of what appears to be the original leather seating.

Complete with a large history file of bills and receipts for the restoration along with a photographic record of the restoration.

Overall, a beautiful, regularly used and maintained example of Jaguars iconic coupe.
