In 1978, Porsche introduced their latest development of the 911, christened the 911 SC (Super Carrera)

Powered by a 3-litre flat-six with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel-injection and a 5-speed, 915 transmission, power output initially was 180bhp

Finished in Mocha Brown with a tan leather interior, this example has been with our vendor since 26/06/1979

It's a genuine two owner car that's been in storage for a few years and is in need of recommissioning

Bodywork is good with age-related spots of corrosion

A number of cylinder head bolts have snapped, the exhaust heat exchangers are original and need replacing and the 'kidney bowls' need welding. Otherwise mechanically good
