The BMW M3 Evolution Convertible (E36) represents the perfect balance between high-performance engineering and open-air driving pleasure. As the final and most developed version of the E36 M3, this car showcases everything that made BMW's M Division a standout in the '90s - sharp handling, responsive steering, a chassis that communicates with the driver at every turn and fully capable of delivering exhilarating performance. The Evolution model added on extra features compared to the standard M3 variant with Double Vanos valve timing technology, key upgrades such as light weight components, new engine management system, and a six-speed Getrag gearbox. The suspension was enhanced with stiffer springs, quicker steering, and improved Teves MkIV ABS. These upgrades, combined with a limited-slip differential and larger brakes, gave the M3 Evolution a step up in performance and handling.
