The car benefits from the factory power upgrade that Aston martin offered i believe that around 40% of owners took the option

consists of an upgraded plenum chamber (in black) and modified airboxes with a vacuum pipe to each airbox of the plenum - this is visible from the standard silver plenum that was fitted.

Car has the velocity AP twin plate clutch fitted along with the rear subframe being rebuilt @66k in David Appleby engineering - Feb 2023 - all documented

aware mileage is at 75k but at almost 18 years old that's just over 4k per annum and these engines are well known to be reliable if well cared for - for example its had 3 full services in just over 2 years in my ownership with less than 9k miles covered between.
