TVR Griffith 500

TVR Griffith 500 finished in BMW Avus blue, black mohair split roof, Oz Vega split rim alloys and 225/50 ZR 15 Front and 245/45 ZR16 Toyo Proxes T1R tyres. Navy and cream full leather interior, navy dash with blue stitching (no windscreen reflections), dark burr walnut dashboard and leven aluminium features. Cream instrument facings and navy carpets.

First registered in November 1996, the car has had 2 previous owners (rare for this type of car) who looked after the car very well as shown in the paperwork from the original receipt in 1996 through to the last service invoice in 2024. The engine is a 5.0L V8 and is standard but had a refresh in 2013 prior to me buying the car from Str8 Six including new camshaft, cam lifters, crankshaft bearings, seals, O rings and new gaskets throughout (the car has done ~16,000 miles since then). The car also includes power steering, stainless steel brake hoses, hot start kit, sports exhaust, new diff bushes and bracket, Meta system alarm, space saver spare wheel and cover, 2 sets of keys, trickle charger socket and battery isolation switch.

In my ownership, some of the work carried out includes new brake discs and pads all round (June 2018), new powder coated outriggers (Dec 2016), new engine seals throughout the car (Aug 2017), steering rack refurb as well as a new battery and starter motor (2019), new HID lights, injectors ultrasonically cleaned, engine tune, new Bilstein/Eibach shocks and springs from Ben Lang to Tuscan S spec (Sport kit) in 2021 and new fuel hoses in 2023.
