2013 AUDI R8

I have decided to sell my fabulous facelifted R8 V10 PLUS.

Please do not confuse this with a standard V10 model, this is the Facelift PLUS model and finished in the factory special order colour of Matte Sepang Blue. This special matte paint was only made available in the PLUS model so is a rare colour option to have and it certainly turns heads wherever you go.

As you can see in the photos, the car also benefits from the factory fitted Recaro wingback seats and PLUS spec carbon ceramic brakes.

The R8 has the full “carbon-pack” so carbon side blades, carbon front lip, carbon rear diffuser, carbon interior, carbon engine bay covers etc etc, all genuine factory carbon, not aftermarket parts.

The amazing V10 engine has remained untouched as it was from the factory, so completely stock, along with the exhaust system.

It’s had some cosmetic changes since leaving the factory, but in my opinion, all have been tastefully made, being mindful of the ease to return it back to factory standard should a future owner wish. These mods I can explain below:

1. Brake calipers have been re-painted in a deep red metallic type of colour. This was done by a previous owner and can easily be returned to stock colour.

2. Steering wheel has been retrimmed in carbon/leather/red stitching by a previous owner. This can be removed/retrimmed back to stock if not to your taste.

3. Alloys have been painted a different colour from stock by a previous owner. They can easily be repainted to stock colour.

4. A Maxton Design GT style rear spoiler has been fitted and carbon wrapped. This can be easily removed and returned as stock.

5. All the graphite-coloured external trim has been wrapped in gloss black. I had it all wrapped at a higher cost than painting, just to maintain the strategy to be easily removable and return to stock colour should you wish. I have the photos before/after.

6. All the original chrome badging I had replaced with black badging. I kept all the original genuine Audi chrome badging so they will come with the car. So again, if you wish to return the car back to stock, very easily done.

7. R8 private plate added and will remain on the car.

Current mileage: 46,470

Current MOT is valid until 7th June but I have no problem putting a full years MOT on the car for the new owner. The MOT history can be verified online and that will also let you verify the cars mileage against the service history record. Please take the time to look through the MOT history and you will see it’s sailed through its MOTs each year with no issue. That gives you a very comfortable feeling of the cars mechanical condition.

The car has a fantastic service history record. It has been thoroughly maintained at Audi main dealerships throughout its life, see below.

2-keys shall be provided with the car and all the Audi R8 owner’s manuals and handbooks are present.

The car is an absolute standout in the Audi Exclusive colour of Matte Sepang Blue against the PLUS spec. In my opinion the best colour to have and very sought after on these special cars. Not many in this colour. Took me a long time to find one with all the right history, low mileage etc.

Everything the car has needed has been done to make it as mechanically perfect as possible and anyone who knows these cars understands how important this is.

The infamous “Audi Magride” was starting to mist, only in certain corners, so all 4x corners were fully replaced by Newbury Audi in Sept last year (shock absorbers, coil springs plus front & rear drop link bushes). At the same time, Newbury Audi fitted 4x brand new Pirelli P-Zero. The car has only covered 1,400 miles since then, so those expensive consumables have all been done, ready for the new owner to enjoy and not worry about.
