A rare opportunity to purchase one of the most cost effective and capable race cars Caterham have ever produced. The 420R has been punching well above its weight for years and this car comes in having been cosmetically and mechanically refreshed for the next owner. This car is eligible to race in 7 Racing Series (previously Toyo 7 Series), Magnificent 7's Series Caterham Seven UK Championship (the latter with a few modifications. This car was previously maintained by McMillan Motorsport for driver David Briault. As well as the racing categories this car is eligible for, it would make a serious track day tool! 

*Caterham's official output of these cars is 175bhp but it is common knowledge after countless dyno runs that they are closer to 200bhp.

We would be very happy to conduct a leak down or compression test to confirm the health of the engine. We are also able to mechanically support this car at track and race events should the new owner desire. 

This is not a well used ex race car in need of thousands to be spent on it, the car will be provided with receipts for all recent work and we welcome any inspection.
