Triumph Adventurer - Exceptionally Low Mileage

The Triumph Adventurer was launched in 1995 and sold through to 2001, it comes equipped with the renowned 865cc 3 cylinder Triumph engine which is the star of the show.

The bike is a custom cruiser with a laid-back style, semi ape hanger handlebars and longer forks. The 865cc Hinckley triple engine was detuned from that in the Trident and Trophy and produces 70bhp but with improved grunt. The retuned motor produces just the right blend for this cruiser styled machine and sounds fantastic through its megaphone pipes.

Our bike was first registered on 1 March 1997 and has an MOT through to August 2025. It is in lovely condition for the year and with the original chromed engine cases looks a classy cruiser. It has clearly been well maintained which is consistent with the exceptionally low mileage of 13730 backed up by previous MOTs. Whilst with us we have added a new battery and had the three carburettors professionally cleaned, changed the spark plugs and replaced the throttle cable and fuel pipe, along with other works undertaken by a specialist totalling £800. The bike has an added King and Queen seat as well as a front screen, it also sports pannier frames and two leather saddlebags which complete the cruiser/retro look.

These machines are quite rare in the UK with relatively few for sale; ready for some summer cruising on something a bit different.
