We are pleased to offer this factory chrome bumper MGB GT V8 Manual (with overdrive). Just 2 owners spanning 40 years, significant restoration in the late 90s by Bromsgrove MG Specialist with invoices. Lots of original documentation including passport to service, MOT certificates from the 80s, tax discs , restoration invoices and workshop manuals etc. A very clean, bright example that runs and drives very well.

1st Registered on the 3rd of June 1975 by Kennings Ltd Wetherby to a Mr Stockdale. Chassis number -1761 shows this car to by a late 1974 model and one of the last factory chrome bumper models.

We have the original passport to service showing a number of service stamps. Acquired by a Mr Day of Cudworth in March 1982 and owned by him for 2 years. Subsequently, purchased by a Mr Child from Milton Keynes who owned from 1984 until 2013. Owned by a Mr Richardson from Birmingham 2013 to 2024

We have just taken this MG in part exchange with our customer having purchased from an MG Specialist.

Invoices in the file show a professional comprehensive restoration carried out by renowned MG Specialist 'Bromsgrove MG Centre Ltd' in the late 90's that included full structural sills, jacking points floors etc. Panel work of new front wings, rear wings, inner arches & doors all of which were OE BL parts,

The Black coachwork presents very well as per the pictures, clean brightwork and original V8 Dunlop wheels with recent Avon tyres.
