I've owned the car for 9+ years now so it will be very sad to see it go as it has been an amazing companion. Reason for sale is I have other cars now which are used more because of my growing family and the M3 is sitting on the drive.

My brother is a BMW mechanic and has been looking after it for all this time to its upmost care. In this time I have done everything required to keep the car running incredibly, spent multiple thousands, including an engine replacement 8 years ago. The new engine, purchased with 60,000 miles, would have the equivalent about 100,000 miles now, so has given the car a lot more life to give. Happy to share any documents, invoices for work done, and answer any questions. I have a folder of receipts for all work done prior to when I owned it, and full service history book.

MOT until July 2025. Has been minimally driven since it.

I have taken pictures of the key areas of damage which is an internal rip to the head lining behind the driver side. There is no change to performance of the roof which is great. Lastly the driver side seat bolster is getting a bit worn, which is common.

There are some chips, and very small scuffs on the body in places, but otherwise the body work and wheels are in perfect condition and there is absolutely minimal rust, which is rare for the E46 now at this age.

The engine works brilliantly, no faults or issues. Full service history. Subframe reinforced 2014, Vanos done 2022. Meticulously looked after. Runs incredibly well.
