Superb Elise S1

So, my fellow PHr’s, today I present to you for your delectation, a superb 49,000ml Elise S1. First registered in Sept 2000

As you already know this is the car that Pistonheads voted as “Lotus Elise S1: the best sports car of the last 25 years” – and just in case you had forgotten, aquick Google will elicit.

So, what makes this particular car interesting? In one word- “Honesty”

I have owned the car for more than 12 years and I was attracted to it because of its low mileage and lovely condition.

Retaining its total originality except for replacement adjustable shock absorbers, I hope that over the years I too have continued to maintain it to a very high standard; naturally this is supported with a history file that includes the original service and handbooks and spare keys.

The car has got age related marks, and the leather has more than a few scuffs, but no tears.

I am sure that a weekend of elbow grease and Autoglym would work wonders but still today she sparkles.

Having driven little over 11,000 miles in all that time, and with retirement looming, alas the time has come to part ways.

Given the cosmetics but supported by a fantastic service record, I am asking £17,995.
