PORSCHE CAYMAN (981) 24V 2015

Pristine, Rare, Engaging.

This is one of the last 981 Caymans ever made and is presented in ‘as new’ condition, with just over 12,000 miles covered since it left the factory. The car is a rare example, having a manual 6-speed gearbox which, in ‘sport-mode’, becomes a truly engaging ‘drivers car’, ideal for fast, sweeping ‘A’ road adventures with its glorious ‘flat-six’ soundtrack. Alternatively, in ‘normal-mode’ it switches to being a smooth, quiet, long-distance tourer that eats up the miles with panache.

Naturally, the car has a full Porsche dealer service history and has just had its 2-yearly service, plus a full set of new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres, at a total cost of £2,000. The car has been garaged since new and has only been used on dry, sunny days (not a lot then!). Both the exterior and interior of the car are completely unmarked. Even the OEM floor mats have been removed and stored and show no sign of wear and tear.

Such is its condition, this car probably belongs in a museum or private collection… but then it would deprive a fellow enthusiast of the marque to drive one of the most sublime sportscars ever built. Not even Porsche themselves make cars like this anymore.
