Rare Evo IX Wagon - one of 1500 made, Japan only

I have owned this rare evo wagon since August 2015. And it is one of the few on sale at the moment.
I selected it in Japan and imported it via JM imports, a very well known importer of Japanese vehicles.
The car always turns heads as most people don't know they exist and are thrilled to see it and want to know more. A great cars and coffee talking point.
This was my daily driven car for 7 of the last 10 years of my ownership hence the high miles.  Mostly a 30 minute commute to work down the motorway and back however since covid i now work from home and have another more practical daily. Which made this into a toy.  The only problem with that is I already have another vehicle for fun and cannot commit to keeping another. It has been an excellent and reliable car for me and has never let me down. I have driven it the length of the country, to northern Scotland, all around Wales and down to lands end. It has been a pleasure to drive and extremely practical.
The auto box (With a sequential option) is pretty good and makes for a great, easy every day drive. One of the reasons I chose it as it was my daily driver.
The vehicle was imported with 69k miles (111k km) and since then has counted up in miles as it was converted to miles on import.  It now reads 169521 so I have put roughly 58k miles onto it, which makes 127k miles total, I averaged about 7k miles a year.
Some brief general info about the evo wagon -
The automatic variant uses a non-MIVEC 4G63 sourced from the Evo VIII with a smaller turbo for increased low-down torque. It was only sold in Japan.
There were a total of 2,924 Lancer Evolution Wagons created.  Approximately 50% of these cars had the 6-speed manual transmissions combined with the Evo IX MIVEC engine whilst the remaining wagons were GT-A versions.
The GTA Evolution Wagon didn't weigh much more than the Evo IX sedan but the additional approx 70 kg (154 lb)) was due to its Steel turret, steel anti-intrusion bars in the doors and the heavier foldable rear seat, along with extra weight in the tailgate and extra side glass as well as their automatic transmission.
The car is completely stock. The only change i have made is an android head unit as the one from Japan wouldn't work in the uk very well.
I have had the wheels painted from silver to gold.
The car in general is in ok condition and comes with 12 months of MOT. But it does need some work to be truly nice again. Mostly cosmetic.
The paintwork on the roof has suffered somewhat from being parked under a tree every day. so it is damaged in a few patches by birds or sap.
The leading edge of the roofline is unfortunately rusting under the paintwork.
The rear bumper has had a bump on the passenger side. So it has crackled the paint a bit.
The bonnet unfortunately got scratched by a rock falling off a flatbed on the m25. The dent has been removed and the scratch repaired with a matched paint sample kit, but it needs a professional job. There is another smaller dent in the bonnet which could not be pulled out by the dent less repair guy.
The windscreen is cracked above the passenger.  But it is not a MOT failure.  I was going to have this changed when fixing the above mentioned rust as the screen will need to come out.  But I haven't got the funds at the moment to complete this.
Mechanically the car is good. I had some front shocks replaced a few years ago.  However in the last 6 months it has shown an error on the AYC unit. This could apparently be a number of things from a bad unit to a faulty connection.  However, to find out the actual cause it needs the Mitsubishi scanner. Which I don't have access to.
The interior is nice. A bit of wear on the driver's seat sides. But other than that is good.
The car has never been smoked in. The rear seat was very rarely used.
A short workaround video by the detailer i sent the car to roughly a year ago is available but i cant post the link here.
The car needs someone who can take more care of it than I can now and love and use it more than I'm able to. I will be sad to see it go.
