Honda Civic Type R EP3 JDM

For sale is my 2003 EP3 Honda Civic Type R JDM. As you are probably aware the JDM version of the Civic Type R is the one to have.

Many improvements over the UK examples, stronger engine, factory fitted lsd, red Recaro seats to name a few.

Not to mention the underside, UK examples are mostly in a very poor state. Have a look at the underside pictures of this car, immaculate.

Car is HPI in the UK and more importantly HPI clear in Japan. VX check confirms no accident damage or clocking upon import. Speedo and miles is still in KMH to keep it all genuine.

I have completed lots of work on this car and it shows. Really nice car to drive and is extremely well presented. Please see the detail below.

This Type R is

- 171000 km (110k miles)

- Immaculate underside

- Genuine timing chain fitted (documented)

- New Tegiwa decat 4-2-1 manifold

- New Tegiwa 76mm exhaust

- Solid engine mounts fitted due to manifold flex

- Remapped to suit

- Low mile set of Mugen suspension fitted

- Recent Avon ZZR tyres fitted

- Renewed bushes on the front including ball joints, drop links and rack ends

- Rear arb bushes and drop links renewed

- New Tegiwa rear camber adjustable arms

- Recent discs & pads all round

- Pain corrected, 5 year Gtechniq coating applied. Also refurbished alloys and coated at same time

- Alignment

- New genuine side decals fitted

- Toll system removed and Honda cd player/multichanger fitted

Items that I would do if keeping, starter motor a little noisey if car stood for long periods. Rocker cover starting to flake. Boot lid has a couple of small marks.

Spent alot of time and money getting the car to this standard and to be honest, it’s really well setup and drives very well. No smoke, untoward noises or crunching gearbox.

Selling due to needing garage space to store my 911.
